The Four-Column Load Frame is a welded steel fabrication carrying the ball-seated upper platen. The lower platen is marked for the centering of cube and cylinder specimens.
The dimensions of the frame allow the testing of concrete cylinders up to 320 mm long x 160 mm diameter; 100mm, 150 mm and 200 mm cubes. The compression frame is supplied complete with 30 mm, 50mm and 90 mm distance pieces. All machines are supplied with flexi-glass front and rear removable safety doors. All frames have a single acting up stroking ram with over travel protection to stop the motor when the maximum platen travel is reached. The versatile load frame is designed for minimum deflection at maximum load resulting in very high accuracy. All frames have a single acting down stroking ram with over travel switch protection, the return of the ram is done by dead weight to get maximum accuracy.
All flexural frames have been designed to accept all the accessories for flexural and transverse tests.

The easy to read LCD graphic display and touch-button data pad keys make the unit quick and straightforward to operate. All interactions with the measuring system are via the front control panel by using simple menu- driven procedures. The TFT digital graphic display allows real time stress-time graph. Dedicated software package is available for further online data processing, database management and certificate printing.

The software calculates the test results such as max. Load, max. Strain, Break load, Break strain.
Software can produce a test report that consists of input data, graphics and test results.
